Knowledge + Excellent Service - A Winning Combination 7/15/2013

I had experienced years of frustration dealing with my Harmony 890 remote as the controller (or not!) of my home theater system and The Geek Squad. I went to the internet to find a home theater company to seek help with a solution and was pleasantly surprised to find that Audio Trix had expanded into the Home Theater area. They did a wonderful job some years ago installing a sound system in my son's 4 Runner, so I gave them a call and the pleasure of dealing with Eric Rasmussen. Eric talked though some different solutions with me and spent as much time as was needed to set me up with an excellent remote as well as a much needed upgrade on my blue ray player. I appreciated the fact that he didn't try to "sell" me on anything, but listened first to my needs and then made recommendations. I now feel as if I have someone I can call to help with any home theater needs I may have in the future that is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service (e.g., I called Eric on his cell phone with a question at 8:45pm after he finished my installation with a question. He not only took my call, but gave me the answer I needed. That meant a lot to me and was service above and beyond the call of duty). Thank you Eric! more

They know what they are doing 5/14/2013

I recently just had work done to my 2007 Mazda 6 so I could stream my iphone to the car stereo. I told Bryan my total budget I wanted to work with and he was very helpful. The turnaround time was great. I had my new stereo in under 2hrs! more

Great knowledge, advice, service, and delivery!!! 4/26/2013

Brian did an awesome job in helping me with my recent purchase to replace my audio system. He asked me the right questions and offered different solutions that could meet my needs. I chose the one that I felt most comforatable with and even upgraded a few things. The end result was a product that I was very happy with and puts a BIG smile on my face every time I drive my car. Terrible 3/20/2013

This place is awful I had taken my Mini Cooper they were smoking dope they didn't put anything back right broke my dash pieces my back seat clips my dash was even put back together right I highly recommend do not take a nice car here they will be high and not do it right! And they lie I bought a used scratched head unit for full price cause they lied about the price and overcharged! and didn't even tune my amp! more

With Audio Trix you get more than an "installation." You get satisfaction. 3/2/2013

It's easy to find people who are willing to install a home theater for you. It's not as easy to find a company where -- installations are on time, phone calls are returned, and workmanship is top rate. What stood out for me is that Eric went beyond the installation. He worked until I was completely happy with my new system. Eric even re-programmed a universal remote so that the buttons worked for my wife and me -- even if that meant working around the standard setup. By the way, in the past I had installations performed by the "Big Box Boys." There is no comparison. Art Edwards more

Excellent job! 2/20/2013

Eric and his crew did an excellent job, albeit a small one. They were prompt in setting up appointments and were on time. If there was an issue where they would be late, I got a phone call. They completed the job promptly and did a great job in cleaning up. Audio Trix is now my "go to" for anything home theater or audio related. more

Smooth consultation and installaton 2/19/2013

I had a very good experience working with Eric. He was very helpful during the in-home consultation to provide suggestions and options for what I was looking to do. After the consult, e-mail communication was very good in answering my questions and concerns. Lastly, the installation was scheduled very quickly and the end result was very clean and well done. more

Best Customer Service Ever 6/24/2012

Major and J.T. are the absolute best when it comes to customer service. I had an option of going down the street and decided because of just speaking on the phone with someone who made me feel that my business was wanted and appreciated I drove to Marietta. I live in Stone Mountain. It was well worth it. My time was valable to them and they were not trying to made a quick buck. I am making plans to do more purchases for upgrades to my car and van. Thank you so much guys and keep up the good work! more

THE BEST! 2/22/2012

I have owned numerous vehicles in my 26 years of driving. 80 of which had custom aftermarket sound systems. The sound of this audio system installed by Audio Trix is so incredible that I'm unable to come up with just a single word to describe it. The quality of the sub enclosure far exceeded my expectations in appearance and sound quality. Mids and highs are crystal clear. more

Timely service, excellent product, thorough explanation of project 1/18/2012

After discussing the options with Audio Trix, our office installed a 55" flat screen in our conference room to use for in-house training of industry software on our servers. We attached a computer tower to compliment the tv in order to do that. That arrangement also allows our vendors to train our employees with their powerpoints displayed on the large screen. We plan to use skype for meetings with our satellite location with this equipment as well. Audio Trix was on time and had friendly and informed installers. There was an unexpected glitch that came up; but, the installers handled it and completed their work as promised. After installation, a thorough clean-up of the area was done and all boxes removed. I cannot think of a business with a more personalized and professional service than Audio Trix. We will continue to do business with them in the future. more
