It's easy to find people who are willing to install a home theater for you. It's not as easy to find a company where -- installations are on time, phone calls are returned, and workmanship is top rate.
What stood out for me is that Eric went beyond the installation. He worked until I was completely happy with my new system.
Eric even re-programmed a universal remote so that the buttons worked for my wife and me -- even if that meant working around the standard setup.
By the way, in the past I had installations performed by the "Big Box Boys." There is no comparison.
