Eric was able to fit me in the same day I called for help doing a complicated setup on a universal remote only URC-trained people are certified to do. He did it quickly and helped clean up the messy install I had had previously. He also, at my request, took the time to take a look at the surround sound system in my new house and all the crazy and some outdated wiring, which he explained to me and had some very helpful suggestions. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone who asks!
