Yes... I'm 59 and have purchased many vehicles. This was by far the best experience I've every had. Billy Henry and Bob (put contract together) were the best. No pressures, friendly, knowledgable, and such a nice person that I would like to play golf with Bill someday (super nice guy)... can't believe he's a car salesman, although he's a darn good one. I should mention that two years ago I went to Bell Lexus and the personnel were very standoffish and made no effort when I mentioned that I couldn't trade my explorer until I sold my boat, but I wanted to compare the Lexus with the Infiniti I liked. They told me I should sell my car outright and come back when I sold my boat. Lexus was still my first choice. Three weeks ago my wife wanted a new car, liked my Infiniti, and was also interested in Lexus. I called Arrowhead Lexus and talked to Billy... my wife and I went there the same day, had a wonderful experience, and bought a beautiful car for my wife. She's happy. so I'm happy. Two weeks later, Billy Henry worked out a deal for me where my payments remained the same as my Infiniti, and I'm driving a new Lexus. Everyone including the people in the snack shop were tremendous, but it was Bill Henry that not only sold us two cars in two weeks, he sold us on Lexus. I don't usually fill these things out, but buying a car can and usually is a stressful and not so pleasant experience. My experience was so good that I have found myself want to just stop by an say hi to Bill(no, we are not related) He's just a genuinely nice person who's good at what he does. Thank you Lexus. more
