I took my Lexus IS250C to Arrowhead Lexus on 11/19/2012 for an oil change. Chris, a service advisor, quoted me $85.00. I knew this amount was not in the range I previously have paid. I left and today went to Earnhardt Scottsdale Lexus and my service advisor, Rick, charged me $54.95. I just finished speaking with the Arrowhead General Manager, Scott, who was not at all interested, nor offered an apology or explination, nor concerned that word of mouth is their worst enemy. more

Our salesperson, Mr. Bill Henry, is the best we have ever had. He was truly knowledgeable and did everything we asked of him and more. He is a great representative for both the Lexus brand and also Arrowhead Lexus. We feel very fortunate to have worked with him. more

The personnel are outstanding. They are courteous and very professional. My main contact is Tom Siddell and he is excellent. Love the service of being greeted as I drove in. The ladies that service as hostesses were terrific! These added touches are extremely classy and seperate you from other dealerships. Keep it up! more
