I bought an HS 250h. I did most of the negotiations on-line and via email. After seeing my trade and meeting Jim, the sales associate, we reached an agreement on price within a couple of days. The subsequent completion of the sale and delivery was accomplished quickly and the car delivered detailed and fully gassed as expected from Lexus . All my questions and concerns were addressed by Jim and the staff, and I was very impressed with the dealership in terms of pricing and how I was treated. I'm loving both the car and the dealership experience. In fact, I'm kind of sorry that due to the distance to the store I will need to use their sister dealership for service. I plan on utilizing both Arrowhead Lexus and Jim for my future Lexus purchase(s).
