Great service 2/16/2018

We had a sump pump problem in the middle of a very cold stretch. Despite being very busy because of all the issues that the weather had caused (i.e. frozen pipes etc.), Pat came out quickly and fixed our problem. Can't say enough about Pat's responsiveness and professionalism. Would definitely use again. more

Timely and Pleaseant Service 1/16/2018

Armbrust Plumbing was able to send out a plumber to thaw out a frozen pipe within 2 hours of my phone call. The plumber, Bruce, took care of the need and was very pleasant and addressed my concerns. more

Humidifier leak 12/28/2017

I'd had them out previously three months ago to fix a leaky joint in a pipe leading to humidifier. It sprung a leak at another joint. The technician re-piped it. It looks more stable now. He didn't charge me as much as he could have because of the previous call. Good job! more

Lou returned my call within minutes and after a few questions over the phone, he thought it might be the igniter. He showed up at exactly the time he said and confirmed his earlier diagnosis. He was prepared and brought a spare igniter with him and had our furnace up and running in < 1 hour. He was polite and professional. I would recommend Lou and Armbrust Plumbing and Heating to anyone that wants prompt and professional service. more

great company to do business wiyh 12/14/2017

recently needed a new furnace because the old (20 yr old) furnace was found to have two cracks in the heat exchanger. once we decided what we wanted to replace it, Armbrust (who we've done business with for over 30 years) sent out Jay S. to take care of the replacement. Jay did a fantastic job, working to get the heat back on. the house temperature never dropped below 67 degrees. more

Tom clearly explains what needs to be done, he reviewed different sump pump options and installed a well made, reasonably priced one in a fair amount of time. He even addressed some pre-existing problems quickly. more

Fast and Friendly 10/31/2017

Cold temperatures as our heater went down. But only warm vibes starting with Vance who got me into the schedule quickly and Jay who was at my door at 7am and leaving us at 8am with a quick fix, warm house, and happy wife! I guess I found my new heater guys! more

HVAC test and repair 9/28/2017

Jeff B. responded to a cooling problem. He tested the system and found no identifiable problems. Compressor, evaporator, and condenser were all operating within specifications. The furnace fan was operating within amperage requirements. He could not identify why there had been a problem delivering cool air. A few hours later the system again failed to deliver cool air. Jeff returned and discovered that the fan motor bearings had seized up. He diagnosed that this had been the problem the first time and that having the system off for several days before his first visit had allowed the fan motor bearings to free up sufficiently to run normally while he was there the first time. He had a replacement motor on his truck and quickly replaced the failed one. I cannot praise Jeff too highly for his competence and knowledge of HVAC systems despite the initial failure. Under the circumstances, no one could have picked up on the bad bearings in the fan motor. more

Hiring a Plumber can really be a scary, shot in the dark. We have found our Plumber! Armbrust was a pleasure from the phone call to the professional, courteous service. Adam made sure we knew what the problem was, how they were going to fix it and advised us on things we should watch for the future. Don't bother searching any longer. Another fine job by Adam C 8/22/2017

Adam C made another foray into our ranch house's grubby little crawlspace, this time to cap off an unused--but still live, yikes!!--water pipe that was in the way during an exterior remodeling project. He never complains, just does the job efficiently no matter how messy it gets. He explains clearly what needs to be done and why, is polite and respectful, and cleans up after the work is done. Over the years, he has earned something far more valuable than our money: our TRUST. more

Lou to the Rescue! 8/11/2017

We had an issue this August with our AC not running properly even though it was just installed two years ago. Lou was able to identify the problem quickly and found it was an issue with our heating unit and not our AC. The repair required a special part because of our heating manufacturer. Lou was able to order the part quickly and had it the next day ready for install. Lou was on-time and got us feeling cool again in no time. Lou and the Armbrust team are a pleasure to work with and would recommend them for any Heating/AC or Plumbing job you have. Thanks Lou! more
