Lou returned my call within minutes and after a few questions over the phone, he thought it might be the igniter. He showed up at exactly the time he said and confirmed his earlier diagnosis. He was prepared and brought a spare igniter with him and had our furnace up and running in < 1 hour. He was polite and professional.
