We had a sump pump problem in the middle of a very cold stretch. Despite being very busy because of all the issues that the weather had caused (i.e. frozen pipes etc.), Pat came out quickly and fixed our problem. Can't say enough about Pat's responsiveness and professionalism. Would definitely use again.
