Antoine Dental Center

My husband had dental work done here, we were usually in and out and treated okay but have had nothing but problems trying to get charges reversed for work that was never done. I first called in OCTOBER, it is now February. Wendy who is the finance lady has been ignoring phone calls, never calls back or leaves you on hold forever and when you do finally get to talk to her she just gives you the run around saying that for sure she sent out the paperwork this time. I actually had planned to go back to finish out the dental work once I paid off the work that was already done but this has been such horrible service that I will not be going back to this dentist I will take my thousands of dollars elsewhere. Supposedly I should have had the money back in my account last week but still nothing. I just put in a dispute because I am tired of being LIED to about my money! more

STAFF NEEDS TRAINING IN A LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I have just got off the phone with one of the ladies @ Antoine dental and let me tell you customer service is not just face to face. It Is over the phone as well. The RUDE young lady whom I just had my run-in with name is Mayra Zapata. Very rude, she over talked me, had a nonchalant attitude and to tell the truth I don't even think she wrote my information down. She continued to cut me off while I was trying to talk and was even mumbling. This staff needs to be retrained. I'm no longer a patient but needed to request some dental records so I could provide to the new orthodontist. I do however remember when I was a patient the absolute ridiculous wait time, the lobby was over crowded, you had people standing up because there were no seats available, hot, and kids running around screaming. This place is a circus and again the customer service is VERY poor ! more

Yes - I guarantee that you may have to wait to see a dentist for awhile but so be it - bring a good book. As for the comments regardng William and the staff. I have been in there multiple times and have not once been treated rudely or talked to unprofessionally in anyway by William or the staff. I have been addressed always by my first name and treated professionally . Yes I will endure the wait and the zoo like atmosphere because William and the staff provide me with good laughs and customer service and so its all good with me.... more

This guy named william was very rude, talked to me like I was his girlfriend!!! DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC!! THEIR STAFF IS THE WORST! SPECIALLY WILLIAM!! Cons: WORST SERVICE more

Well this is my first time writing a review but after my experiences with this dentistry I had to write a review. Well its true what they say about the waitiing time and the attitudes of the staff. If your appt. is at 2:00 you wil be seen at close to 5:00. Once I waited 3 hrs. to get a 2min. cleaning. I was so angry but they advised me not to leave. Because of the overwhelming amount of people, once I did not hear them call my name. When I went to sit in the dentist chair, the dental assistants were talking about me in front of my face saying how I never came when they called me, and when I said I didn't hear them they got an attitude. Also they don't really care about your teeth here, they seem as if they don't know what they're doing. I don't feel as if I have received the best treatment by the best healthcare. If I could change my orthodontist I would but unfortunatley I can't. Please don't make the mistake of coming here and don't think that this is the only place that you can find because you have medicaid because there are other places that are better than Antoine Dental. The office is like a zoo it is no wonder why there are always new staff, assistants and dentists. Obviously the owner dentist is making a profit to not care, but I can see a lack of respect given to the dentist and patients by the way the appointments are scheduled. There is a particular employee there who one might think he is a dentist...William I think it is. I would go elsewhere because time is money. The place is a dump. They messed up on my bill, they lied about the financial plan, they are unorganized. BUT they got the job done. If you can find something better, do so. Pros: Parking Cons: Appointments serve no purpose, too many people in waiting room. more

Was late to see me. Bed side manner of dentist can improve. I had a hard time understanding the dentist's accent. Pros: good parking, accepts insurance Cons: customer service, long wait times more
