STAFF NEEDS TRAINING IN A LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I have just got off the phone with one of the ladies @ Antoine dental and let me tell you customer service is not just face to face. It Is over the phone as well. The RUDE young lady whom I just had my run-in with name is Mayra Zapata. Very rude, she over talked me, had a nonchalant attitude and to tell the truth I don't even think she wrote my information down. She continued to cut me off while I was trying to talk and was even mumbling. This staff needs to be retrained. I'm no longer a patient but needed to request some dental records so I could provide to the new orthodontist. I do however remember when I was a patient the absolute ridiculous wait time, the lobby was over crowded, you had people standing up because there were no seats available, hot, and kids running around screaming. This place is a circus and again the customer service is VERY poor !
