My husband had dental work done here, we were usually in and out and treated okay but have had nothing but problems trying to get charges reversed for work that was never done. I first called in OCTOBER, it is now February. Wendy who is the finance lady has been ignoring phone calls, never calls back or leaves you on hold forever and when you do finally get to talk to her she just gives you the run around saying that for sure she sent out the paperwork this time. I actually had planned to go back to finish out the dental work once I paid off the work that was already done but this has been such horrible service that I will not be going back to this dentist I will take my thousands of dollars elsewhere. Supposedly I should have had the money back in my account last week but still nothing. I just put in a dispute because I am tired of being LIED to about my money!
