The customer service is incredible good if you are paying for high cost services. The basic ones have long waiting times and the staff is not even willing to contact you to inform difficulties in the scheduling process!! What a lack of respect!!! more

Another pleasant visit 5/11/2010

Dr. Gray and Pat were both very efficient but also very pleasant. The work went quickly and easily. He explained each step as he went along. The mood in the room was very comfortable, relaxed, and pleasant. I couldn't ask for anything better. more

Veneer prep 5/9/2010

Since I was a child and had a bicycle accident and injured my front teeth I have hated going to the dentist - but Dr Gray/Kendra and the entire staff at SMILES has changed that-I no longer break out in a sweat driving to an appointment, but feel now like I am visiting friends who care about me and have a passion for the care they give and it really shows! You are all AWESOME!!!!!!!! more

A Wonderful Experience 5/3/2010

Before I started coming to this dental practice, I had not been to the dentist in roughly five years. I had had a horrible experience when I was a teenager going to the dentist/ortho.(had braces, the staff wasn't very friendly nor gentle with my teeth & gums, and my inner right cheek got slashed at one point while I was getting my braces removed). Even so, I understand now that waiting five years to go to the dentist is never justified! Dr. Gray is a very kind, knowledgeable dentist who is ready and willing to answer any questions you through his way! I will definitely stick with this practice while I'm living in the Ann Arbor area and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new, high-quality dental experience. more

Great New Patient Experience! 4/24/2010

I found Drs. Kennedy, Marzonie, and Gray by simply calling around local dental offices. I chose them initially for their friendliness, efficiency and helpfulness, but I will certainly stay with them for the great first experience I had. Dr. Kennedy was great, and the entire staff was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable. I recommend Ann Arbor Smiles to everybody! more

I didn't have to wait at all, which I appreciated. Dr. Kennedy & Donna could not have treated me better. I had no pain during the procedure, no problems at all after & my cerec looks & feels great. more
