some problems-see below 7/18/2010

My chart says I use nitrous oxide right on the front. I have Carrie assigned to me for teeth cleaning. She is pregnant and can't do it. I end up waiting until Michelle can do it. I also brought in a dental release for Dr. Gray. I told Michelle it was something I could just leave. She checked and said that Dr. Gray would be in soon. He was with a pt and then in a consult, per Michelle. I told her that I had to leave but she said it would only be a few more minutes. Again I waited. My appointment ended up being over 2 hours and my ride was upset. Overall the dental treatment I receive from Dr. Gray is wonderful!!! more

I'm incredibly glad I chose to switch over to Ann Arbor Smiles - Dr. Kennedy and Lorenzo have been very helpful and kind in helping me overcome the obstacles that one gets "stuck with" after years of lacking insurance. They've taken my anxiety into consideration for every appointment and always make sure I fully understand what they're doing and how I'll be feeling afterwards - and it was a great surprise to find that Dr. Kennedy had his daughter assisting him on my most recent fillings! She was very comforting and easy to talk to; clearly she'll be following in her father's shoes and will make a great dentist. more
