Hey.... Things happen. Despite it not being as "routine" as we all expected, I was treated with dignity and respect. And, I felt secure that I was in good hands. I MUCH appreciated the desire of Dr. Marzonie to make sure that it was "just right". I didn't mind staying for a second impression. I wanted him to be happy. It is only 3 hours of our time. But, it is the rest of my life with these teeth. It's important to me. The only thing I might have changed is letting me know better that there would be a delay and knowing what to expect so I could have planned better. But, it was a busy office that day. I also noticed that people were having to stay late and NEVER made me feel at fault or that I was causing them distress. However, I am not so stupid to think that with the holidays people didn't have better things to do. Even when I asked about my bill, people did the best they could to help figure it out even though the people who handled that sort of thing had gone home.
