The contractor contacted my within an hour and I was able to make an appointment for the following day. When he arrived he was very careful to wipe his feet first and stayed for the washer to go through 2 cycles to make sure it was working correctly. Plus he was very pleasant. more

I contacted American Home Shield when my heat would not work at the beginning of the chilly season and requested a specific vendor that I had used previously and felt I would get the customer service with a smile that I knew had been their motto. The technician arrived at my house that same day, after first contacting me by phone, corrected the problem, and accepted my payment. It was a very positive experience. more

I found it easy to report that my gas furnace was not operating by reporting the problem online on a Sunday evening. I did receive a call the next morning. The technician was scheduled to come on Wednesday which he did. He had to procure a part and my problem was fixed on his next visit. more

Contractor was prop, thorough, professional, and most of all a profectionist at his job. He talked with us about what the problem was and what was needed to repair the dryer and the timeframe needed to order the part and fix the item. more
