Quick to respond. Quick to repair. And the technician was very knowledgeable. He even provided further suggestions to help. / The process to file a claim was quite easy too! Just went online, selected the problem(s) and waited for a phone call for service. Less than a few hours later I was scheduled for repair. My dryer actually stopped working; it was repaired. Prior to the technician leaving, I was told to call AHS if the dryer quit again...4 loads later it quit. So all I did was call AHS, and they put in for a service recall, at no charge to me. I'm up and running again, and only paid my 1 time service fee! So again, thank you AHS for making this easy!
