I contacted American Home Shield when my heat would not work at the beginning of the chilly season and requested a specific vendor that I had used previously and felt I would get the customer service with a smile that I knew had been their motto. The technician arrived at my house that same day, after first contacting me by phone, corrected the problem, and accepted my payment. It was a very positive experience.
