Best inspection service I have used. 3/4/2016

Well we were looking at buying a house for our daughter to rent and we didn't want to get caught with any unexpected mold or bug issues. it was good to give the house a good once over. AmeriSpec was great, the book and DVD they provided us with was really nice to have not only for the inspection but to keep with the house in general for down the road. They were polite and courteous and and got everything done pretty quickly. I would love to recommend them. more

Everything about AmeriSpec was great. 3/3/2016

AmeriSpec Inspection Services inspected a house I purchased and everything was very thorough. They discovered some electrical concerns, plumbing concerns and got them fixed. They also initially thought the roof had hail damage but it turns out it was just incorrect installation, so that was great as well and got fixed. Everything about the experience was great, they gave me a binder with all of their findings the next day and I couldn't have been happier with the results and the level of detail they showed. more

I would use them again 3/2/2016

We met with AmeriSpec Inspection Services after they did the inspection. We went over everything and one inspector took us out to show us the things in the garage. He pulled back a panel in the garage and there was termite damage--and he amended the report right on the spot. We also called them because the counter tops and cabinets were separating. They came out and said it was happening because of basic settling and humidity that causes expansion and contraction. more

Excellent in every aspect 2/23/2016

I was very impressed with every aspect of AmeriSpec Inspection Services from start to finish. The guy was very professional and he did a great job in an incredibly quick and efficient manner. I was very impressed with his presentation of the realtor's notebook and his explanations were very clear and concise, and he even taught me how to find things quickly and easily. Best inspection service. 2/11/2016

AmeriSpec Inspection Services is the only inspection service I will use. They are incredibly helpful and very, very thorough. I love the packet of information and disc they give once they have thoroughly looked at a property. They have everything in there, from what is in good shape to what needs some work. We just felt at ease having them go through everything. They were on time and very communicative during the whole process. I would definitely recommend them. more

Best I have ever worked with. 2/5/2016

AmeriSpec Inspection Services has done everything I ever asked of them. If I need a quick turn around on something they accommodate me by moving the schedule around. If I need help with costs they work with me for first time home buyers. I love the fact that they give customers a report and it's a substantial report with photos and all the details of the inspection, they really feel like they get there money's worth out of it. I have been using them about three years now and I wouldn't use anyone else. more

Professional and personable. 2/4/2016

AmeriSpec Inspection Services originally did our house inspection and i really liked them because they gave a detailed book with all the information in terms of what needed to be fixed and even included instructions on how to fix them. Most recently they did an inspection write off for us and I gave them five stars because they were on time, quick to be in and out and personable. He made sure I knew all the details I needed to. more

Excellent inspection service, very thorough. 2/2/2016

It's been a couple months now, so the details are a little cloudy now but I know AmeriSpec Inspection were very timely and they were extraordinarily thorough. The presentation they had at then end and the walk through was very well done and quite impressive. It gave me the sense of satisfaction knowing what all of the potential problems with the house could be. I felt very confident going into negations to mitigate any of the potential issues that could come up. more

Thorough, very friendly and timely. 2/1/2016

AmeriSpec Inspection Services did a thorough home inspection and they provided a booking DVD at the end which was very nice and it definitely covered a lot. They did the inspection a little while ago so to be honest, I'm not 100% sure how much it all was exactly but I remember that the cost seemed reasonable at the time. They were also communicative and very friendly and personal. The guy that came, he was on time and there when he said he was going to be and everything had been completed by the time I walked in the door. more

Quick, professional inspection service. 1/28/2016

Everything went pretty well with AmeriSpec Inspection Services. They came out and inspected a house we were buying and they took the time to tell us what was going on with the home and what to look for. It didn't take them very long and we were very happy with them.We showed up at the end of the inspection and they took the time to go through the book and CD they provided and they took my husband around and showed us everything that might be an issue moving forward. I would definitely recommend them again. more

Excellent resource for home purchasing. 1/27/2016

Our agent was very efficient and professional. During the informational process he was very easy to understand. He spoke to us in a no nonsense manner so that we could understand his findings and their significance. He was absolutely thorough. One of his findings even caused us to cancel the sale of a house we were looking to purchase. When we finally found the home we purchased we requested AmeriSpec Inspection Services specifically because of how satisfied we were with them the first time. more

Great service, very thorough. 1/22/2016

AmeriSpec Inspection Services inspected a house I was interested in. The young man did a thorough job, at least I thought he did, I didn't follow him around or anything but after the job they provided a disc with all the findings and information that was relevant to the house. It ended up being less than 500 dollars, I decided not to get the house mainly based on the info from the AmeriSpec information. It was my first time using them but if I am able to find another house I am interested in I would most likely use AmeriSpec again. more

Good and professional home inspections. 1/21/2016

Our inspector from Amerispec was very thorough. He was a professional who looked out for our best interest. During his inspection he found a leak in the home we were looking to purchase. He was able to provide enough evidence that enabled us to negotiate with the seller to get a new roof. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. I would recommend their services. more

AmeriSpec Inspection Services did a pre-move in inspection on a house I just purchased. I was out of town and they worked it through the real estate agent to set up times, they even called me during the inspection and kind of walked me through everything while I was on the phone and provided the hard items they needed to have fixed. Overall I was very impressed with their professional and competent approach. more

I appreciated that there was more information supplied than I even thought to ask for. He went through the binder that they provided and the slideshow, which I thought was really nice. Outstanding service! 12/21/2015

I had an existing home in Elk Horn that needed an inspection and they were very thorough with the job. They inspected the home from the foundation to the ceiling and from the ceiling to the roof and did a great job. I've been using AmeriSpec Inspection Services for over eight years on all of my homes and they've always been very accommodating and have fit me in according to my calendar. I'm always happy to recommend them to friends and realtors. They also provide their clients with good literature, they give you a good summary report after their inspections. more

Professional service. 12/2/2015

I hired AmeriSpec Inspection Services on the recommendation of my realtor. They inspected the home as requested and found some issues that needed to be resolved, which we were able to get resolved. We were impressed with their communication and follow-through. Their report outlined the condition of the house along with which parts of the property they were responsible for. The inspector we dealt with was prompt, professional, and responsive. Their prices were good- no complaints there. more

Professional and efficient. 11/23/2015

I am a real estate agent, and I have worked with AmeriSpec Inspections several times on behalf of my clients. In my experience they have always been professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Most recently I came to an appointment with them about five minutes early, and they had already been there and basically finished the inspection. I didn't have too many questions because they covered most of the information before I needed to ask. The inspection was smooth, quick, and efficient. I believe the client was happy with their service, and found it helpful. more
