Review content:
AmeriSpec Inspection Services did a thorough home inspection and they provided a booking DVD at the end which was very nice and it definitely covered a lot. They did the inspection a little while ago so to be honest, I'm not 100% sure how much it all was exactly but I remember that the cost seemed reasonable at the time.
They were also communicative and very friendly and personal. The guy that came, he was on time and there when he said he was going to be and everything had been completed by the time I walked in the door.
