My boss told me to handle our office move. It was a short move from Georgia to Iowa myself. I was never experienced any move before. So I was bit in stress. I talked with several Movers and they all offered me nearly same price, But with Alpine it was different in price as well as in commitment. Their quoted price was little bit expensive than other movers. But I saw that they were most experience in office move as well as any kind of move. So I finally dealt with them. I was waiting to see actually how they manage a move. \r \r They came timely with 3 guys, took a close look at every little thing and started their work. They managed all the office gear with great care and techniques, packed, loaded and moved everything to the destination, did really well to take out the stuffs and stored them again. I checked the inventory myself and none of the things was damaged and could not find the smallest of pitfalls. They could deliver everything on time. I was really a stunning move. Great Moving Service. Alpine movers helped pack and load my moving truck when leaving the Miami area. They were punctual, friendly, and took great care in padding and boxing my valuables. I was very pleased and impressed with their efficiency and ability to make a typically stressful and draining task easy and quick. I highly recommend Alpine Movers for anyone who is seeking high quality movers.\r \r I would use them again in a second, to be honest i definitely wasn't sure about them in the beginning, and i had my doubts, but i got welcomed with open arms, and i have to say they were so kind, and polite, honestly. that's why we bought pizza and gave them unlimited waters. we are good people and we take care of ourselves, and we wouldn't put ourselves in harms way, nor would we try to recommend someone that we didn't trust, but i have to say these guys did a GREAT job. it was fantastic and that is why i now work for them! that's right they moved my house for me and then hired me after several interviews. \r \r I'm helping manage one of there warehouses, and soon I will manage my own office for them! more

Christian was our sales rep. Very thorough. Explained everything perfectly. Truck was on time, Arrived 2 days late but it was due to winter conditions. Good communication throughout. WE shopped around, spoke to dozens of estimators (I never knew that I would get bombarded with calls) it was a very hectic moment for us as my father pased away and we had to move. This was all very sudden. A few years back I had a bad experience with a mover and I was very reluctant to use another moving service. \r \r WE decided on Alpine Vanlines, not so much because of the price but they have a NO HIDDEN FEEs promise on there site, I trusted this and decided to reserve with our sales rep Christian. \r \r (Who was GREAT by the way)\r \r The move went perfect, crew was professional, protected everything, wrapped everything as if it was there. Amazing Company, Christian Diaz was professional, experienced and more then anything HONEST. A trait which is hard to find now a days in sales and in moving. Everything he said happened. I promised him I would write a review should everything go good and it went PERFECT. I paid less then what I was quoted and got my stuff early. I would recommend this company to everyone, all the other companies are expensive, too big for their britches or are subcontracting, Alpine Vanlines picked me up and delviered me AND charged me less. Our move to South Carolina would have been perfect if I had received all of my things that Alpine Van Lines contracted to move for us. The price was good, but the service was not. After my husband watched all our things from a storage facility being moved into a truck we thought we would get everything, but that was not the case. Afterwards our things were unloaded and put into another storage facility and then stuff was loaded into the truck that was to be delivered after us. All of our things did not fit in the truck so they only brought a partial load of our things. After four weeks they said they were bringing the rest of our things. Some did come, but there are still some that did not come including an antique table that is at least 200 years old. That cannot be replaced. Another, small old table, a 6' ladder (how can you miss that?), a floor fan, a couple of boxes with other misc things in it, 2 lamp shades and a step stool. Some are not valuable, but they were our things that we expected to get. I would never use this mover again and if anyone does be sure you get a good inventory of your things and be sure they don't take them off the original truck that they were put on. more

If I could give this company 0 stars I sure would. They started out ok but of course they were late for the pick up of items then after the truck left we found that they left items on the side of the house that we had to figure out how to move. We were doing an out of state move and they assured us that they could handle it but I guess not. They showed up way late on the delivery and ruined almost everything they put their hands on. We have tried to communicate with the company with no such luck. They haven't been responding to emails or phone calls. They also contract out the work it isn't people who work for the company picking and dropping of your furniture. The first group that showed up had another company on their shirts all together. BEWARE: They seem nice at first with the whole we're a new company and want to prove to you how great we are! They are horrible. Save yourselves a lot of time and aggrivation and make sure not to deal with this company. One of the salesmen there is David so when he calls you just hang up. more
