I took my 2000 Grand Marquis to this shop which was recommended by a freind for an electrical problem that the dealer's service could not find Naum found it within 2 minutes and replaced the part costing me much less than the dealer had told me it would probably be. I searched Internet for a good auto body shop in Brooklyn, and I found this place with ten good reviews. I decided to give it a try. I am so glad for this decision! the owner Nakhman is such a nice person, he is very honest and friendly. he called the dealer and told us that by showing his name card to the dealer, we can get a discount price for the parts we needed. we went to the dealer, and we did get the parts with a much lower price than the retailed price we usually paid for! we are so happy for that!\r Highly recommend this place!\r Pros: efficient, honest, professional and very friendly! I've been taking my VW Passat to Naum and his crew for over two years now and feel I have made new friends! These guys are so friendly and helpful. They take time to explain the problem and tell you what needs to happen to fix it. Naum just doesn't just call up the dealer if your car needs a new part, he'll call all all around to find the cheapest price possible. I have a 1995 Audi that is temperamental, to put it mildly. Have taken to Naum and his team on several occasions now, and they provide quick assessments, explained to you very simply in layman's terms. I took a car I wanted to buy to Direct Drive Diagnostic Center. Naum answered the phone when I called and told me I could come whatever time was fitting for me. Naum had the car put on a lift and proceeded to check the car with his assistant. He asked me general questions about my plans with the car. In his office and told me the car was in good condition at the moment and pointed out troublesome areas with estimated figures on what I can expect to pay to maintain this car short term and long term. \r \r Overall I respected Naum's opinion. It was my first time visiting his business and he treated me as if he had known me for years. I also appreciated that he told me that was not a car he would recommend for his daughter to buy and even told me some cars to look into around the same price range (which I am now).\r \r I probably could have been more detailed, but an expert in the area of cars is something I am not. Direct Drive Diagnostic is sincere and can figure out problems that no other shop could ever figure out or fix. All other shops would pretend that they knew what was wrong with my car or would say that my car needed something it didn't. In fact, every experience I have had with Direct Drive Diagnostic has been a pleasure. I can say the same for many of my friends. This is a well known establishment with a great reputation. The owner, Naum, always takes the time to explain problems with the car - what's wrong, what the solution is and what your options are.
