I took a car I wanted to buy to Direct Drive Diagnostic Center. Naum answered the phone when I called and told me I could come whatever time was fitting for me. Naum had the car put on a lift and proceeded to check the car with his assistant. He asked me general questions about my plans with the car. In his office and told me the car was in good condition at the moment and pointed out troublesome areas with estimated figures on what I can expect to pay to maintain this car short term and long term. \r

Overall I respected Naum's opinion. It was my first time visiting his business and he treated me as if he had known me for years. I also appreciated that he told me that was not a car he would recommend for his daughter to buy and even told me some cars to look into around the same price range (which I am now).\r

I probably could have been more detailed, but an expert in the area of cars is something I am not. Direct Drive Diagnostic Center made me feel very welcome. I see myself returning if I decide to purchase a car in the NYC area.\r
