All-Type Collision Repair was efficient and they were accurate. There was no problem and they didn't overcharge me. There was a problem but they assured me it wasn't that serious and they fixed it right away. I have already recommended them to others. more

Excellent service and terrific repair job. 8/26/2013

As soon as I got into an accident, I called All-Type Collision Repair and told them what had happened. They told me to have Geico go to their shop. Geico went, my truck was inspected, and we got an estimate that was really good. All-Type immediately fixed the truck, getting it right back to me! They gave me very personal service, too. more

Excellent work 8/25/2013

Truly amazing work comes out of this shop. They care about your car as much as you do, can always expect to have it look like the day you drove it off the lot. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to have work done. Great part is most work is handled on site. Excellent job! more

When I arrived at All-Type I realized this was where my mechanic referred me some years back for two of my cars my daughters modified in collisions. 8/13/2013

I had a leak around the front door of my 2001 Grand Prix. small job but hoped they would look at. Frank looked at the door and told me to go to GM (Chevy) and order the part and he would install it for me. I thought that was fair and did so. we agreed on a time & date to install the new door molding. That day Frank got stuck with someone calling in sick. But stopped what he was doing and said lets get this done now. He ended up having to take the door panel off, making it a longer job then he hoped. But he just smiled and worked and completed the install. The whole shop was helpful and polite, I mean that!!!! they were all nice guys. Frank did a great job and I was floored when he charged me half what I expected. It so nice to walk away so happy. Highly recommend All-Type Collision. more

I was distraught about my car accident and brought my car to All-type Collision. I met with the owner and he quickly calmed me down. He walked me through what he was going to do and how long it was going to take. To my surprise the repairs took less than 48 hours , I inspected the car and it looked like the day I bought it. I went in to All-Type Collision Repair for repairs on several damaged locations around the body of my vehicle. After they were done, it looked good as new. I felt they did everything in a timely fashion, and would use them again. more

Responsive and particularly honest. 8/2/2013

I am totally pleased with All-Type Collision Repair. They are extremely honest, fast, and responsive. They even do things for free if you have a relationship with them. I've used them for years, maybe twenty or more. They've done everything for me: my inspections, putting in a new transmission, a little body work, checking the tires, really all sorts of things. I have a '98 RAV. It's an old car, so it has lots of rust. They told me about that and fixed it many times. They've done all the small things and the large things. I live near them and they'll also take the car when I go out of the country and park it for me. Very often they don't even charge me. They're just fantastic. Their prices, as far as I can tell, are fantastic also. They're very efficient and they do a lot of little, small jobs for me for free. I usually tip them anyway. I can't recommend them more highly, especially for mechanics. You never know with mechanics if they're overcharging you. It can really be an outrageous rip-off. But All-Type is not in the least. If you establish a relationship with them, they're just great. more

Simple experience 7/1/2013

All-Type Collision Repair picked up my car and they were excellent. They called me when it was done, and it was a very simple experience. My insurance got me the rental cars and All-Type stuck to cost and price estimates. Just a wonderful all around experience. more

Very pleased with their work 6/23/2013

When a commercial van crashed into the rear of my BMW X5, I found myself in the stressful situation to have to look for a place to repair it. I went straight to All-Type Collision, since they are close to my office, and I am very glad I did. Besides the convenience of being able to just walk to work, I also had a very pleasant experience dealing with them. They gave me an estimate within an hour, so that I could fax it immediately to the guy that caused the accident and who was obviously liable. The price was reasonable, and the faulty driver agreed to pay it in full. The work was done within days, and the result was flawless. You could really not see any difference in the metallic grey color and the finish was perfect. They dealt with the payment of the other driver, and made sure all the rear lights were working properly. I was very satisfied with the service and the work per se, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. more

Extremely Satisfied 6/22/2013

I had used the amazing folks at All-Type in the past for minor issues and regular maintenance.....however...when I was involved in a major accident they went above and beyond! Getting hit by a 16 wheeler was a nerve rattling experience! Just one phone call and a tow truck was sent over within minutes. Not only did they keep their timeline for the repair, they also helped with the car rental and drove me to and from the rental place and I was able to be reimbursed for all my out-of-pocket expenses very quickly since they utilized modern methods to communicate with my insurance company. The workmanship was amazing and hopefully I will not need them again any time soon....but If you do..rest assured that you will be well taken care of!! Thanks for everything! more

Outstanding Workmanship, Extremely Knowledgeable & Professional 6/20/2013

I have used their services for Mechanical Car Repairs as well as their Collision shop. They have performed better than I could have ever imagined,they were far superior to other shop I have dealt with. When I have had issues with my vehicles they repair the problems on the first visit and their prices were reasonable and fair. As for their collision shop all of the work that they have done for me has be exceptional. On two occasions my SUV came back better than new. I have been dealing with Frank the owner of All-Type for about 12 years and it has always been a pleasure. I have highly recommended All-Type to my friend / relatives and know that they will do the right thing every time. Based on my recommendations, I have never received any negative feedback. I consider them a triple A rated company. In addition, all of the employees make you feel that your problem is very important and they listen. Thank You for giving me the opportunity to let others know how good and honest All-Type Collision Repair really is. more

Fully expecting to pay over 1200 for dealership repairs and I was saved over 800 dollars with a warranty and the guarantee of ""if anything goes wrong let me know"" (not going to find that anywhere). Met the owner - friendliest people ever. Cleanest shop ever! This place is a stand out class act. I encourage everyone in Brooklyn or traveling through to make a point to at least have them check out your vehicle. Worst case scenario - you will walk out with an HONEST opinion. Fast and friendly service! Very reliable! Great prices! more

Wish I had my previous body work done there. 2013 X3 parts were ordered from Germany, professionally installed, painted and blended perfectly. Insurance was handled on the spot which took care of any additional adjustments. more

I have had three if my cars worked on with all type collision. Every time I had service performed by old type collision, They Were professional courteous and understanding of my needs. Even though their shop is a full shop, it's run very much like a mom-and-pop shop they give you the attention that is needed to make the experience great and worthwhile. They explained the problems with each and everyone of my cars I brought to them and fixed it to 100 satisfaction. I tip my hat to the guys at all type collision repair shop. more

Excellent Work! Great Customer Service! 6/12/2013

Getting into an accident is a terrible experience. I am thankful to have found All Type to repair my car and help me with the insurance process. My car couldn't have come out any better - it looks brand new. I appreciated the friendly and responsive customer service too. Terrific place!
