I have been taking my 95 Nissan Maxima (currently 457000 miles) to Alfa for the past three years. The service manager, Lee, is totally focused on customer service, totally honest and very patient in explaining what needs to be done. One thing I really like about this shop is that, because I have an older car, I often buy my own parts online and they work with me to make sure I am getting the right parts at the right price. They work quickly and sometimes even do the work for less than their estimate. At $80/hour for labor, they are one of the lower priced shops in town, yet the value is as good or better than anyone else. They tow for free, by the way, so if you ever get stuck, give Lee a call and he will take it from there more

Cleaned and fixed it up 1/20/2010

I had taken my radiator to Radiatorland after another radiator shop had told me my radiator was unrepairable. Radiatorland fixed and cleaned my radiator which now runs better than before.? more

sent a good friend who is also a good customer of my body shop over to Alfa's for engine inspect & repair on his Altima that was running rough. Alfa's diagnosed & called my friend and i later that day to inform us on problem, parts, and times involved in fixing Altima. While being repaired, i got a call from Alfa's letting me know a critical engine part he noticed, needing replacement to protect from same or even a different problem. Agreed to the quite fair quote difference and they had car done later the next day.Back to running flawless. - fast & knowledgeable, made it easy to understand problem and cause. more
