I have been taking my 95 Nissan Maxima (currently 457000 miles) to Alfa for the past three years. The service manager, Lee, is totally focused on customer service, totally honest and very patient in explaining what needs to be done. One thing I really like about this shop is that, because I have an older car, I often buy my own parts online and they work with me to make sure I am getting the right parts at the right price. They work quickly and sometimes even do the work for less than their estimate. At $80/hour for labor, they are one of the lower priced shops in town, yet the value is as good or better than anyone else. They tow for free, by the way, so if you ever get stuck, give Lee a call and he will take it from there.?
