I took my 1999 Suburban in for a fuel pump. From day one after the replacement was installed I had stalling issues, I took it back and they said nothing was wrong and charged me another 400.00. One year later the pump failed and I was assured that would replace it at no charge. I went to pick it up and they charged me for another 425.00. I have reported them to the Ca Bureau of automotive repairs, Mr. Roadshow at the San Jose Merc and will be taking them to court! They even wrote a note on the new receipt that they would refund the 425 after I brought a cancelled check! They are theives and should be avaided at all costs. Tell all your friends lets run these bas***ds out of business.
