My case was related to immigration. What can I say?... very professional and very prepared right on. Everybody seems to be very knowledgeable and professional. The girls at reception were very nice. Sandra she was awesome and explained to us the whole process. In the meantime, I got to meet Mister alcock, really nice person and attorney, that explained the process too... what else had a great experience and don't hesitate, always ask them they are there to help you. They are not good lawyers at all! I hired them for my brother's criminal case, apparently they can only do DUI cases, I didn't know they had screwed up so badly until they didn't want to take his immigration case, when I went to another Attorney and his case was denied for what they did not do. I went to another attorney afterwards and they said his case could have been fixed had we hired someone with more experience. I would not recommend them to anybody! Unless is a simple DUI. more

OK, so here's the deal about this firm. I was looking at a long long license suspension and I was very concerned that I was going to lose my job. I went to a bunch a attorneys and was told basically that my license was a goner. I thought that I was going to have to lose my job and there was nothing that anybody could do. So what great news when Alcock took my case and took care of my MVD hearing for no additional money--I was surprised that they didn't want more for it, but great!! In any case, they handled the hearing and now instead of being completely out of luck I will not lose my license for a year and I can keep my job. I can tell you that there are some lawyers that I can tell aren't into it, but not these guys. I can tell you strongly that the whole thing is a pleasure. Thanks so much, Alcock and Associates, for keeping me together during a tough time and keeping my license from being suspended. Now I can breathe easy and know that I will be able to take care of my job!!!! more

I should of done my research first, Big disappoinment, I hired them for an immigration case. They were very friendly and helpful when I signed the contract, but once I was contacted by the immigration paralegal whole different story. I was told to gather documents quickly to begin the bond process the same day I called her she said I needed an appointment first wouldn't see me until the end of the week WTF! She didn't return my calls and when I met her she was rude and seemed irritated by my family and I asking her question,by the way she didn't answer any of them. Meanwhile my aunt hired a different law firm for the same process she dropped of her documents same day she hired the next day they called her to tell her documents were submitted to court. It took Alcock & Associates 2 weeks. I can't complain about the immigration attorney Jordan he was great, but having to deal with his paralegal was hell. My brother is out on bond now and looking into a different firm. Alcock has a rotten apple with the potential to ruin his buisness. more

My mother hired them for my father's case last year in November, from the begining they were awful. The assistant did not know what she was talking about, she was very rude and unsympathetic and too top it off she lost our documents we had to collect letters again and birth certificates. When I complained to the supervisor didn't seem to care, no wonder they are a mess. Alcock should really change his standards on who he hires cheap labor vs compentant people more

Every once in a while something bad happens to you and every once in a while somehting good happens to you.l In this case, I had somehting really bad happen to me when I got arrested. I was not expecting to get into any trouble, but I was going through a really tough time. My family and relationships and everything that was going on was just too much for me and I know that I was doing things that were really bad for my future. In any case, I got arrested and was just about going to give up on making this whole life work. I just was about at the end of my rope when I was talking to other criminal attorneys and it was all price price price and I couldn't pay anyway and it was just totally hopeless. So I wasn't thinking that anything different was going to happen when I went to Alcock and Im not even sure why I went to Alcock because I figured that they would tell me the same thing and that would be that. But how surprised was I when I went to the office and the mood was different and the people were nice and they actually talked to me and spent some time with me. I just got a really good feeling. I still didn't think that I could afford them, with them in a real nice office and everything, but Frank was soo cool and worked out a great payement plan for me. Then we went to court and I was nervous so I called Stacey and I had her cell and she was able to get me feeling better. I still thought that I was going to get into real trouble, but the whole case was turned from a felony to a misdemeanor and I paid a little fine and it was all done. And now I am so so so greatful and happy and want everybody to know that I think the criminal attorneys at Alcock and really on it and just do yourself a favor and don't give up hope, because I almost did.
