I should of done my research first, Big disappoinment, I hired them for an immigration case. They were very friendly and helpful when I signed the contract, but once I was contacted by the immigration paralegal whole different story. I was told to gather documents quickly to begin the bond process the same day I called her she said I needed an appointment first wouldn't see me until the end of the week WTF! She didn't return my calls and when I met her she was rude and seemed irritated by my family and I asking her question,by the way she didn't answer any of them. Meanwhile my aunt hired a different law firm for the same process she dropped of her documents same day she hired the next day they called her to tell her documents were submitted to court. It took Alcock & Associates 2 weeks. I can't complain about the immigration attorney Jordan he was great, but having to deal with his paralegal was hell. My brother is out on bond now and looking into a different firm. Alcock has a rotten apple with the potential to ruin his buisness.
