Cliff was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and not pushy at all. With his help we were easily able to make our purchase decision. He made shopping for a dishwasher a fun experience! Susan M. was able to help me find a replacement for my microwave that I needed for a newly purchased home. She made me realize that because the tile was all the way up to the base of the old unit, the units, that would fit into the existing area, would have to be the same size, or smaller. Most other brands of microwaves were slightly larger than mine. Quite a bit of research, on her part, was necessary to find the right size. I would not have realize that I needed a very particular size if Susan had not asked very specific questions to start our interactions. more

I found Tim R. to be very helpful, but not high pressure which I like. I told him my price range and the size of the oven I needed and he found me the perfect oven to replace my old Dacor. The installers that were recommended were fast efficient and did a very professional job. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at Albert Lee and with Tim.\r more

Nancy was especially helpful finding rebates for all of the appliances we purchased. I really appreciated her honesty and familiarity with the products she sold us. She did not seem rushed and I felt appreciated as a customer, so kudos to Nancy!\r \r What impressed me most about my experience purchasing appliances from albert lee was the delivery team, Paco and Andrew. They were on time, courteous, and very professional. Both took extra measure to protect my floors and doorways and they clearly were familiar with the products I purchased. Paco showed me what I needed to do to move my new fridge and explained some of the features. He is an excellent person to have representing your company. I also appreciated them moving my old fridge to the basement which required removing a door. They were so kind and really are the reason I will recommend Albert Lee to others. Nancy dealt with a very confused and difficult to choose appliances shoppers with three of us having a different opinion. We finally came to a choice and I am proud to say we all got out without any broken bones. Tim was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us good information and asked us questions about what he wanted and what our electrical system could support, which turned out to be an issue. He referred us to electricians and installers who could solve the problem and it should all be done by Monday. more
