I found Tim R. to be very helpful, but not high pressure which I like. I told him my price range and the size of the oven I needed and he found me the perfect oven to replace my old Dacor. The installers that were recommended were fast efficient and did a very professional job. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at Albert Lee and with Tim.\r
