Susan M. was able to help me find a replacement for my microwave that I needed for a newly purchased home. She made me realize that because the tile was all the way up to the base of the old unit, the units, that would fit into the existing area, would have to be the same size, or smaller. Most other brands of microwaves were slightly larger than mine. Quite a bit of research, on her part, was necessary to find the right size. I would not have realize that I needed a very particular size if Susan had not asked very specific questions to start our interactions.
