One of our cats would no longer eat ANYTHING without vomiting it up! We have tried everything (including 2 other vets) and were ready to face the inevitable, but here they ran alot of tests and told us to try a specific food they could provide. Our cat has never been happier!!! Now he eats 4 times a day (one can) and has never gotten sick even once.. and after just a few weeks he is gaining weight and running around like he used to. WE WILL NEVER GO TO ANY OTHER VET AGAIN.....AND WE LOVE THE CLEAN ENVIRONMENT AND THE NICE PEOPLED. THANKS FOR SAVING OUR CAT. more

This place is a gold mine for good service and a kind staff. I've been taking my dog here since he was a puppy. I've seen several vets through the years. Last month, I saw Dr. Shimon. He was informative, yet down to earth and recommended a dental for my dog. The price of the dental was reasonable and it included bloodwork. Since the dental, my old dog acts like a puppy. I'm sticking with Dr. Shimon from now on. Thanks to Advanced Animal Hospital for giving me a new dog! more

Two years ago, I took my very sick old cat into Advanced Animal Hospital since my regular vet was too busy. Dr. Shimon was very kind. He ran some tests and found that my cat had very bad kidney disease. He gave me options for treatment. I made the decision to put my cat to sleep. The doctor and staff gave me support and comfort about my decision. They were so nice! My daughter just gave me a kitten. I took my new kitten in to see Dr. Shimon. The girls at the desk remembered me and made me feel welcome. I'll keep going to Advanced Animal Hospital. more

The receptionists were more worried about socializing than scheduling customers. The vet assistants were the only good thing about this place. I don't recommend this place for Man's best friend or anyone else for that matter. What a total disappointment. more

I used to take my other dog there before he passed on 8 years ago. Dr. Dhillion is an outstanding and caring physician. I take my new puppy there now too and his doctor is fantastic. The staff is great too and unlike other vets i've taken my dogs to, there is no ramming of products down your throat. \r \r I would reccomend them to anyone who wants the best in healthcare for their pet. more

I have been to other vet's and these people have been the nicest people to talk to. I highly recommend them. They are willing to answer any of your concerns. Pros: very gentle, caring, value is very nice Cons: none yet more

I was completely impressed with Advanced Animal Hospital's Doctors and Staff when I recently brought my 14 year old cat into see them. I've been going there for years, but only for shots, Cindy has been very healthy up to this point, but stopped eating and urinating all over. Everyone was soo professional, but yet friendly. I did have a little wait because the animal before me was an emergency, they offered me refreshments and snacks while I waited. After I saw the doctor he had a couple of ideas what could be wrong with Cindy. The gave me a couple of options seeing as I am on a restricted budget. We did lab work wich gave us a better idea of what to focus on. To make a long story short it turned out she had pancreatitis, was treated and is back to her healthy normal self. I know they probably see lots of animal every day, but they made me feel as if Cindy was their number one priority. Pros: Prices and Friendliness more

I've been trying to find the best Veterinary Clinic in Milwaukee for a couple of years for my diabetic dog. I finally landed upon Advanced Animal Hospital and found them to be very educated and helpful. They fully discussed the disease and my options with me and while fully educating me I didn't feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to. The staff and doctors are always available either via email or a phone call to deal with my worries. I know they love my dog Brego as much as I do. Pros: clean, friendly, available more

Problematic practices, service and record keeping. Take your pets to someone you know well and trust - not just someone who practices close to where you live. more

Prior to the positive review posted (4/28), a complaint and request for investigation regarding Advanced Animal Hospital and its owner, Dr. ""Dhillon"" was filed with the Wisconsin DRL, regarding record-keeping, services rendered and identifying exactly who performed what service upon my pet during what was supposed to be a 'routine procedure."" (My pet was returned extremely ill and is now suffering from kidney failure.) This establishment has new ownership since 2006. Know, trust and monitor anyone who cares for your beloved pet(s). more

I took my cat Tiger to Advanced Animal a couple of days ago. He wasn't eating or drinking very well. I love the staff! They always make us feel so special and you can tell that Tiger is very comfortable around them. The doctors are very nice and attentive. They had to keep Tiger in the hospital for tests and observation. The doctor kept me updated on his condition. Tiger's home now and doing very well. I've recommended Advanced Animal Hospital to all my friends and relative, not only for the 5 star service but for the 5 star prices. I would highly recommend Advanced Animal Hospital to everyone.
