Worst

What kind of bank is this? ATMs are as archaic as atari games and the tellers are rude. Plus, when I cashed a check, they shorted me $10. Can't these people count?

Okay banking, good customer service 5/15/2008

This bank is on the same street as my home, so it is very convenient. I bank here because my business account is with SunTrust. I have no big problems with my regular transactions, but it does seem not as well put-together as other banks I have done business at. I see the tellers every day, yet only occasionally get genuine smiles from them. One of the managers is great though - he made it a point to remember my name and make me feel welcome. more

Bank 10/24/2005

So I get a visa gift card from Suntrust, and think I can use it pretty much anywhere. First of all, I can't get it activated b/c they assign a pin # which I didn't have since I received it as a gift. Then I am using it at a restaurant and I am told they are automatically gonna use 20% of the balance for gratuity. Can not be used for pay at the pump gas, you have to go inside...Don't give this to anyone as a gift unless you just want them frustrated. more

Good Service, Nice People 7/13/2005

I know there are Suntrust banks everywhere; there are three within a mile of my house. But this one on Cumberland Parkway, I had good experience with. My wallet was stolen and though it is a pain to straighten out, Suntrust helped me faster than the other institutions I had to deal with. more
