So I get a visa gift card from Suntrust, and think I can use it pretty much anywhere. First of all, I can't get it activated b/c they assign a pin # which I didn't have since I received it as a gift. Then I am using it at a restaurant and I am told they are automatically gonna use 20% of the balance for gratuity. Can not be used for pay at the pump gas, you have to go inside...Don't give this to anyone as a gift unless you just want them frustrated.
