James did an Awesome job 8/8/2016

James, arrived on time and gave us a very detailed explanation of what had to be done. After we approved the installation of a new water heater he went and loaded all needed supplies on his truck and returned fast to start the project. He spent extra time working to uninstall and then install our new water heater. After he was done he checked everything and explained how the new water heater works. We are repeat ARS customers and very happy with James and his work and with ARS. Thank You James and ARS. PS. We called on a Friday evening and scheduled the work for late Saturday afternoon. We had hot water again by Saturday night. We would call ARS again and if he is available would ask for James. Thank You all. more

Excellent Service! 11/14/2015

I had an emergency and needed a plumber ASAP. I called ARS Rescue Rooter after searching the Internet. They said they could come that evening. Eduardo arrived just as he said he would. We found him to be very personable and efficient. He gave me written options before he even began the work; I appreciated that very much. I also found that all pricing was reasonable and so decided to proceed with getting a new product. Eduardo was at our home promptly the next day, just as he said he would. He did his work efficiently and did not leave a mess for me to clean up. I will, if necessary, definitely use this company again! more

Late night work 11/13/2015

I normally work really late hours, ARS accomidated my schedule and serviced my main sewer line from 11:30 -1am and didnt didnt charge me over time!! Tony is awesome! He was prompt and made it easy for me. more

Outstanding service 11/12/2015

We last used this company last January, today main sewer line backed up at my house, Tony and Beecher snaked the pipe and ran a camera, they found out EXACTLY what caused the problem, they provided excellent service, very informative and friendly! more

True professionals 11/10/2015

I initially got 3 estimates to replace my water heater! This company was not the least expensive! Tony seemed so knowledgeable when he quated me he REALLY IMPRESSED ME! I also trusted Tony more compared to his competition. Richard came along when it was installed and they both did an awesome job. It definitely looks like a professionals did it! more
