Matt was wonderful. Listened. Acted. Repaired one unit that fixed two complaints. And for the third complaint, he suggested a repair. A good interaction. Will call again when we need help. more

Roman Tub Faucet 7/10/2017

Matt came to the rescue when the old faucet would not stop dropping and leaks appeared under the handles - needed to install a completely new faucet valves and handles which required access through the wall of the family room adjacent to the tub. Not a quick fix, but definitely great to preserve the original faucet and ability to enjoy the tub again. Thanks Matt!!! more

Toilet leak and vibration 7/9/2017

Matt did an excellent job at investigating and fixing a vibrating noise problem that was caused by flushing the toilet. He also was gave us tips on our water pressure. Thanks for a great job Matt. more
