Eddie came out to our home to replace the main water shut off valve at the street and later returned to replace our laundry hookups. Eddie was absolutely phenomenal. Very professional and incredibly competent. I really hope we get him again for our next plumbing emergency. more

Don't waste time or worries ! Not all Plumming co.s are out to break your bank !!!! 9/12/2017

I had potential real issues if I did not soon do routine maintenance on my drains and sewer !!! Issues was the fear of getting ... ah.. re -positioned.. ... What I got was a Great job By A Real knowledgeable Pro ! Martin worked MIRACLE'S for me and the front office stepped up as well when asked.. I thank both Martin and his managers that create the environment that good people like Martin can show there is still integrity out here in S.D. County ! I have a new buddy, great flowing drainage at a very fair cost and a go to Company in Rescue Rooter/ San Diego pluming for all my pluming or drainage needs and know I won't get ..eh...re -positioned ! Dry Wall Repair 9/11/2017

Darrel did an outstanding job repairing the hole in the dry wall made to inspect the pipes. He was very professional, courteous and did an great job. We called this company on a Saturday and by Monday the entire job was complete. I was especially pleased with Darrel's work and his customer service. more

third times the charm 9/7/2017

Alonso was the third plumber assigned to repair a leak. He recognized that the previous 2 repairs using pvc would not hold; he installed copper instead. Unlikely to break again. thank you! more

Great customer service 8/21/2017

Mike Bernard and Nick both demonstrate the true meaning of customer service. Mike Bernard went above and beyond to make sure that the hot water was back in service before he secured for the night. This is 24/7 living quarters with a full kitchen and needed the hot water back on before the weekend. He was able to make that happen within 4 hours. He is awesome and this company ARS is also awesome, you will not be disappointed in their service. more
