Mike Bernard and Nick both demonstrate the true meaning of customer service. Mike Bernard went above and beyond to make sure that the hot water was back in service before he secured for the night. This is 24/7 living quarters with a full kitchen and needed the hot water back on before the weekend. He was able to make that happen within 4 hours. He is awesome and this company ARS is also awesome, you will not be disappointed in their service.
