Review content:
James, arrived on time and gave us a very detailed explanation of what had to be done. After we approved the installation of a new water heater he went and loaded all needed supplies on his truck and returned fast to start the project. He spent extra time working to uninstall and then install our new water heater. After he was done he checked everything and explained how the new water heater works. We are repeat ARS customers and very happy with James and his work and with ARS. Thank You James and ARS. PS. We called on a Friday evening and scheduled the work for late Saturday afternoon. We had hot water again by Saturday night. We would call ARS again and if he is available would ask for James. Thank You all.
