Customer service above and beyond the call of duty! 6/11/2013

I was scheduled for carpet cleaning with another company through a voucher that I had bought on LivingSocial. With all our furniture moved a day in advance, I called to confirm my appointment at the time they were supposed to show up and was told they no longer were doing business with LivingSocial and were not planning on showing up. I was beyond fuming as I was having a graduation party at my home in 3 days. I called AJ Rose on a long shot that maybe they had a last minute cancellation. Peter listened to my story and, within 5 minutes, called me back to say he had rearranged the schedule and would be able to fit me in in 3 hours! The rug cleaner who came to do the job was friendly and professional and the cleaning job was top notch. I can't say enough about how thrilled I was in dealing with AJ Rose. From now on, they have my carpet cleaning business! Definitely a top notch carpet cleaner! more

They did everything while I was on vacation 6/3/2013

I was very happy with AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring. The price was right. They installed the carpet in my basement. They did the installation and everything while I was on vacation - I didn't even have to be there! It was seamless and when I came back it was perfect. I was very happy. I've used them many times before and I highly recommend them. more

The sales guy at AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring was really good. I liked him. He helped me narrow down what I wanted. The two guys that came to my house for the installation were also great. I liked them. There were no problems. more

AJ Rose- your first carpets and your final carpets. 5/2/2013

I am very happy with my rugs. They are wonderful. I have already recommended AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring. I was moving in to a new place that had beautiful hardwood floors but no carpet. I didn't want to cover the floors; all I wanted was area rugs. I wanted simple, tasteful, and well made area rugs. I went to AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring and was able to coordinate and do everything. I really enjoyed working with Barry, my salesperson. He was extremely knowledgeable and customer service oriented. He made the whole thing come together. These rugs are so well made and installed that I am sure we will get many many years out of them. more

Quality work with great customer service. 5/1/2013

I called AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring to clean my carpet. We scheduled it for 12-2. They called me at 10 am to tell me they were running late because of the weather but that they would still get there within the time window. They didn't want me to think they just weren't coming. AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring ended up arriving only 15 minutes late which was really good. They were very very nice and efficient. They came in and got everything done. My son was there that day and he's all about asking questions. They were really good with him, answered his questions and even joked with him. They were really great. I was impressed with the quality of the cleaning. They guys were really nice and kept me up to date. I've had them back since and will continue to use them. more

Excellent 4/10/2013

Matt from A J Rose arrived on time to stretch my existing carpet ( not installed by AJ). He warned me of the possibilty that the "bubbles" in my carpet might not come out. I took the chance and can not be happier with the results. My carpet is flat and as tight as an elastic. I wish I used AJ Rose in the first place. more

A J Rose is the place to go when you need carpeting in the suburbs! 3/6/2013

We have been using A J Rose Carpets & Rugs since they opened up about 17 years ago on various projects. They are always professional, have great prices and the installation is superior. The experience we just had with them was amazing because they stayed until midnight to finish the job. We didn't even have to ask. They didn't try to reschedule us or anything. They just finished the work. more

I used A. J. Rose Carpets & Rugs for the first time, two years ago. I thought they were very professional and had them back last May. I'll probably have them back again this May. The technicians have been very professional and answered any questions I've had for them about carpet care. They have been very helpful. more

Very pleasant with no problems! 12/26/2012

The staff at AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring was pleasant to deal with. They offered advice on appropriate products for what I needed, which was carpetting for the basement. The installers were fabulous. I had a pool table down there and they were able to remove the old carpet and install the new one with it my having to move it. They came here and did the job, didn't ask me for anything the whole time, and then left. They were terrific. I was very happy and had no problems.It was a good experience and I've already recommended them to friends. more

Nice people, need better quality of work 12/26/2012

Efficient, knowledgeable, patient, honest. 12/11/2012

I went to AJ Rose after they were recommended to me by my son and daughter-in-law. I had already picked out some carpeting, but they told me that they had others that wouldn't be as expensive. When I found some carpeting, I wanted it by the next day. The salesman said he didn't think that could happen, but that he would talk to his manager. The manager called later and said I'd have it on time. The carpeting arrived when they said, and they did a beautiful job putting it down. They were honest in what they said, and patient with however long it was taking me. They were knowledgeable about their product and efficient in their work. more

Beware 11/12/2012

Don't waste your time and money with this company. so far I have wasted 2 months just trying to communicate with these people. They scheduled a measurement for my floors and never showed up. In addition, they never called, nothing. I let John Boyajian know about this and he apologized. He also told me what a privilige it is providing service. Yet 2 weeks later he has still not responded to me. Do you really want to go through this, in order to pay a company to work for you? more

I cannot recommend this company too highly. They made sure we were completely satisfied and my new stairway and hall carpet look just they way I wanted them to. This kind of service is a dying breed! more

Total excellence 10/29/2012

We first used AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring a few years ago. We were so impressed with them after the first job that we have continued to go back. They have installed hardwood flooring in our living room, done our kitchen flooring, and did all the carpeting for two of our apartment buildings. Recently, they installed carpet in my basement and carpeted the stairs. I also had them do some carpet binding. Each time we've used them, they have been on time, neat, quick, and done a beautiful job. more

Great experience, beginning to end. 10/24/2012

From the minute I went into the store, the salesman was extremely helpful and very courteous. They were willing to let me take any samples I wanted, and they were helpful with showing me different qualities of carpet. They recommended specific ones when I showed them where I needed flooring put in. The installer was here exactly when they said he would be. He was great. I loved the installer. He knew what he was doing, was helpful, and asked all the right questions. I had a staircase carpeted, and it is great. The whole thing, beginning to end, was great. more
