From the minute I went into the store, the salesman was extremely helpful and very courteous. They were willing to let me take any samples I wanted, and they were helpful with showing me different qualities of carpet. They recommended specific ones when I showed them where I needed flooring put in.
The installer was here exactly when they said he would be. He was great. I loved the installer. He knew what he was doing, was helpful, and asked all the right questions. I had a staircase carpeted, and it is great. The whole thing, beginning to end, was great.
