I was scheduled for carpet cleaning with another company through a voucher that I had bought on LivingSocial. With all our furniture moved a day in advance, I called to confirm my appointment at the time they were supposed to show up and was told they no longer were doing business with LivingSocial and were not planning on showing up. I was beyond fuming as I was having a graduation party at my home in 3 days. I called AJ Rose on a long shot that maybe they had a last minute cancellation. Peter listened to my story and, within 5 minutes, called me back to say he had rearranged the schedule and would be able to fit me in in 3 hours! The rug cleaner who came to do the job was friendly and professional and the cleaning job was top notch. I can't say enough about how thrilled I was in dealing with AJ Rose. From now on, they have my carpet cleaning business! Definitely a top notch carpet cleaner!
