I called AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring to clean my carpet. We scheduled it for 12-2. They called me at 10 am to tell me they were running late because of the weather but that they would still get there within the time window. They didn't want me to think they just weren't coming.
AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring ended up arriving only 15 minutes late which was really good. They were very very nice and efficient. They came in and got everything done. My son was there that day and he's all about asking questions. They were really good with him, answered his questions and even joked with him. They were really great.
I was impressed with the quality of the cleaning. They guys were really nice and kept me up to date. I've had them back since and will continue to use them.
