I wanted to mention the great job I received from the ABC Tree Department. Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable, Johnny and his crew did a great job and were interesting to watch, and Joel's follow up tree feeding was great. more

More than pleased 1/26/2011

I had my air conditioner serviced by Billie Moore of ABC Home & Commercial Services recently. Billie went above & beyond diagnosing the drip I kept hearing. I was thoroughly impressed with Billie's ""Stick to it"" attitude and professionalism. Billie found the problem and corrected it and I am MORE THAN PLEASED with your service. more

Looked Like a 12 year Old Mowed My Lawn 9/14/2010

The service has not lived up to the promise made by the sales person. On the first visit, they scalped my lawn in some areas - literally down to the dirt. It looked like my 12 year old neighbor cut the lawn. For the second visit, they simply didn't show up and did not call. When I called to confirm why, they said they ran out of time, but just didn't bother to call. I had to request that they come out the following day to provide the service I had already paid for. That service was somewhat better than the first, but still not at the quality I would have expected from a company as old as ABC. Not sure I will continue with their service when my contract ends if they keep going at this pace. The quality is not worth the money I am paying. more

Had an absolutly great experience with one of your plumbers, John Kroeger. Even though it was late in the day and my problem was not an easy solution by any stretch of the imagination, John was friendly and knowelegable. more

Impressed! 4/21/2010

I am writing to inform you of the job Jeff and his crew performed at a property in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. We had never had an experience with an arborist and did not really know what they did until I called your company. We met Jeff at the property and he looked over the trees in question and wrote up a tree pruning proposal for us. more

The folks that worked on my house did a really good job. From Terry Stafford the estimator, to Jerry the carpenter, and especially to Barry Hightower and Johnny (the painters), they were all very nice, helpful, and did a good job. When they left, I felt like I had a new house. I was very pleased. Just wanted to let you know that you provide an invaluable service, and you are all much appreciated more

ABC Pest - AVOID AT ALL COSTS 3/22/2010

One of the worst examples of apathy and lack of consideration I have had. They did not do what they said they would do and I had to track them down to get the refund. There are too many lawn care companies to put up with ABC. more

Thank you for a job well done 1/14/2010

Dear ABC, We had a serious problem -- the roof/ceiling of the sunroom was pulling away from the house and threatening to collapse! We were saved when Lazaro Andrade came to do our repairs. The original construction was obviously at fault, but Lazaro had such a positive attitude he figured out a solution and fixed it up much better than new. Lazaro is a talented and skilled professional, totally charming, and a credit to your company. Thank you for a job well done. Sincerely, Mr and Mrs William Davis. PS.
