I would like to express for sincere thanks and appreciation for one of your staff membrs, Mike Hansen, plumber. First of all, Mike arrived in a very timely manner per the pre-arrival phone call I received today [06 Jan 2010]. Upon entering my house, he was very courteous and professional. My original call was to determine if and where a leak in my water system that was causing a substantial increase in my water bill. Fortunately, the cause was determined a day before by the water company. I did relay to Mr. Hansen that I had a new garbage disposal that needed to be installed due to my original disposal not working and needed the cost to perform this service task. Mr. Hansen informed me that he would test the disposal first and after dislodging a small piece of metal, the disposal was working again! He explained to me that when there is an obstruction, the motor will turn off as a safety measure. The cost of repairing the disposal was less than the cost of the new garbage disposal (..which I will return today). Mike did not make me feel like I was a "poor lonely woman with no idea of what her household repairs are about and could easily be duped and/or over charged for these services". Much appreciation and kudos to Mike! As a result of this pleasant experience, I will definitely use ABC for other repairs for my home!!! more

I want to take this opportunity to tell you how much I appreciate the work done by Keith Wimbish. This is the second time he has worked on my sprinkler system, and it is always a pleasure to do business with him. He is knowledgeable, pleasant to interact with, and goes about his work in such a manner that I know I am not being over charged. He is a credit to ABC more

I was on Facebook yesterday, and one of my friends asked me who I use for Pest control. I told her about ABC and how great Oscar Humphrey, our Pest Technician, is. One of my friends wrote on my wall that she loves Oscar too, and she feels like he's a part of her family.
