Dear ABC, We had a serious problem -- the roof/ceiling of the sunroom was pulling away from the house and threatening to collapse! We were saved when Lazaro Andrade came to do our repairs. The original construction was obviously at fault, but Lazaro had such a positive attitude he figured out a solution and fixed it up much better than new.
