I have been using this company for the past 5 years, they do such wonderful work. They have really good coupons and I tell my friends to use them. The carpets are so clean.

We just had our carpets cleaned by 5 Star, they came out because we have a cat that has been sick and making our carpets look bad and making them smell. 5 Star came out and did a really good job and they dont smell anymore. Just wanted to let people know how good this Company is. more

Went with them because they have the best reviews online, but we are very disappointed in the results. They sprayed the deodorizer and made the carpet wet. When it dried the carpet did not look any cleaner than it did when I vacuumed before their arrival. more

I did my home work on selecting a carpet cleaner 12/7/2011

This company is by far the best carpet cleaning business I have ever used. We got an actual certified carpet cleaner out to our house who is a professional and has the knowledge behind them. I have done my homework on carpet cleaners, and checked out the BBB on this company and they have an A+ rating. I highly recommend using 5 star carpet cleaning, you will be very happy like us. more

Excellent Service, 7/30/2011

Great Price excellent service I got a great deal on 4 rooms and a stairs. The cleaner was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. In the past I have cleaned my carpets on my own to save a few dollars but the price I paid today was only slightly more expensive with much less hassle and much better quality work. I will definitely use this company again and recommend my friends. Thanks more

Was real happy with the service from 5 Star Carpet Cleaning, the carpets turn out great. The carpets were dirty, with our big dogs its hard to keep the carpets looking good. I would recommend 5 Star to anyone in the Seattle area 11/21/2010

5 Star is the best: I had a very pleasant experience with them. They were responsive, professional and prompt. I called on Wed, got a call back within 10 minutes, set up an appointment for that Friday and he was right on time. He completed the job quick and efficient, it was a big truck mounted equipment that did a very good job getting out the stains on our carpets. Will use them in the future and I would recommend 5 Star Carpet Cleaning to anyone in the Seattle, area. Leslie F. more

Call 5 Star Carpet Cleaning to clean 4 area rugs that were soiled, they came and picked them up cleaned them. They looked really good, I was very happy. Alice.W more

Bad service & Liars....DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY 9/11/2010

They destroyed part of my residence while attempting to clean the carpets. The part they refused to pay for. Finally after involving the BBB, the agreed to pay in order to get a positive resolution on the BBB complaint. After they agreed to pay they never sent the check to pay for their damages. Call Stanley Steemer, at least they're a national company that is based on customer service Contact the BBB before hiring them to clean your carpets., and be aware that on Google, City Search etc, they have filed fake 'reviews' with 5 stars to make sure their company is rated highly. This is not the case. If you check Google reviews, you will even see them say ""This is 5 star Carpet Cleaning"" and leaving themself a 5 star rating. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY! more

This company cleaned are carpets and the look just like new 5/9/2010

They cleaned my downstairs carpet and I just wanted to say what a wonderful job they did. This is the best carpet cleaning that I have had done in years. I have berber which is incredibly difficult to clean, but they did a fantastic job! I had friends over for dinner a few nights ago and one of them thought I had new carpet.
