5 Star Carpet Cleaning

We had a company party and some dropped their coffee just before the party. We called a lot of carpet cleaners and since it was late they didn't want to it. We called 5 Star and they came over with a truckmounted carpet cleaner and saved the party. We just want to thank them for their hard work. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I had 5 star clean the carpets of a house I was moving out of, at this point everyone had moved out and there was no furniture in the house. My landlord called me up a few weeks later to tell me that the carpet had to be cleaned again - he said it looked like the first cleaners had done little more than spray the carpet with water and then vacuum. I called 5 star about their Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and I was told the first time that Dave was on vacation for two weeks and would get back to me when he returned. It's been 5 weeks since then and they haven't replied to any of my phone calls or my email. Basically, unless you want a wet carpet, don't bother. Cons: Carpet cleaning had to be redone, Won't return phone calls. more

We had 5 Star to come clean our carpets. We have dogs and they did a number on our carpets. 5 Star came in treated all of the pet spots and then cleaned the carpets. They looked so good, we were very happy and they got the smell out. We like the service and they have the best prices in town. We will use them again. We recently used this company to have all of the carpets in our home cleaned for a move out and while they did a decent job it was nothing that great. The price was okay because they were having a special but I wouldn't use them again and I wouldn't pay anymore than I did for the service. My husband having worked in the carpet cleaning business before said the equipment they used did an okay job cleaning the carpets but it definitely wasn't a deep clean job- mostly just got the top of the carpet. We dont get our carpets cleaned but just once a year, and in the year they get very dirty. After the carpet cleaning the house looked amazing, we were so happy we called them to come out and clean our air ducts. We can say thier work is great and the prices are good to. These people left me out to dry. I made an appointment for 11:00. Then They never showed so I called and then they said they would call back. Never did. Then I called them about 15 times and they just ignored my calls. These people are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not ever use them. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
