24 Hour Termite and Pest Control tended to a commercial property of mine's where there were six tenants involved. We had to make them happy and 24 Hour was basically at the front line for me. They were very helpful, price was so great and they dealt with the tenants so I didn't have to. It was tough with everyone's different schedules, they had to make sure everyone moved out, returned the keys, they essentially tended to everyone's needs and desires. 24 Hour Termite and Pest Control went around our six unit condo building spraying for ants. They also sprayed inside each unit. It was our first time using them, and they were very thorough. They were very professional and explained clearly what they were doing as they went through each unit. A day later I had to call them when I found tracks of ants in my unit. They came back and sprayed within the time I called. They gave us a month time frame, which I think is a very gratuitous, where they would come back at no charge to spray further if it was needed. I called them again when ants were found in another unit. I would definitely suggest you call them. They gave us the treatment for all six units for $165 dollars, which is what I was expecting it to cost per unit. They came back when I called free of charge and were very responsive. more

I got a flea removal service from 24 Hour with a six month guarantee. I did move from the apartment before the six months were up but everyone was really nice, showed up on time, and performed their service. Overall experience was really good. more

We had a pest issue in the middle of the night, and unlike other companies we tried calling, 24 Hour Termite and Pest Control answered their phone right away. It was really nice to have them respond so quickly. A serviceman arrived the next day at the time specified. Before his arrival, I was cleaning out my house for the fumigation, and when he arrived, he even helped me move some of the things out of my home. It was above and beyond what I expected. He was very efficient and thorough during the procedure. He also explained the process to me, which I appreciated. Of course it is an unpleasant experience to have any type of pest in your home, but this guy was so nice; he made the experience not as bad. Since we had the service done, we have not had any more issues with pests. I would definitely recommend them. You are in good hands with them. more

The service that I've received from 24 Hour Termite and Pest Control has been great. They are very responsive. They come out almost immediately. For example, I called them last night, and they're schedule to come this morning! Some other companies would take a week or two to get to your house, but when you have termites in your home, you want to get rid of them as quickly as possible. They were very nice guys. They were very thorough and very efficient. They took care of everything for me and the termites seem to have gone away. They were really specific that it was guaranteed for one year, and they said to call just before the year is up to make sure everything is still good and if not they would gladly re-do it. more

I want to give the review specifically to the people who came to my house, not just 24 Hour Termite and Pest Control. If I could give them higher than a 5, I would. My experience was with Gus, Chris, and Eddie, and I think they were very professional and answered all my questions. It was amazing. They took the time to explain everything to me and didn't look at time as a factor. They just came to do the job and leave when it was done. They went above and beyond to build rapport with me. I have referred them to others because they were so professional. Words cannot describe how amazing they are. They originally came just for these ants we had, and Gus told me they also offer free termite inspections, so I said, "Okay, go ahead." Thank God they came and checked the attic and basement, because they were full of termites, and they came just in time before it got to the point where it got really bad. They got rid of the bugs, and we haven't seen one since they sprayed. A week before they came, we had hired a different company to come, but we still saw these bugs afterward. Then there was an infestation of these flying ants in our room, so we searched for a 24-hour company and called 24 Hour Termite and Pest Control by chance. When they came out, they were so professional, nice, and sweet, and they took care of us. I told them about the other company that had come a week ago to spray, and they showed me all the areas which still contained the bugs. They said the other person clearly didn't do a good job at all.
